Refund policy

At VELUCCI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request is raised within 5 DAYS of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Product is returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Item is not damaged or altered

👉 Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at velucciclothing@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Images (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back or we may arrange a pickup (if available).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products

👉 Exchange requests must be made within 5–7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Share clear images of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the reason for return
  • In case of defective/wrong product → No charges
  • For other returns → Customer pays (except defects)

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
